Once the 5 Lightspeed Rangers and the 3 Galaxy Rangeres leave the Aquabase to deal with a new alert status, as soon as you see these shots

then it's back to Sentai footage.
It then cuts back to the unmorphed Rangers and then it cuts back into Sentai footage of Triskull and then it cuts to footage of Heather within the Rescue Rover. It then cuts back to Sentai footage of Triskull. It then cuts back to unmorphed footage of Carter and Leo and then it cuts back to Sentai footage of Triskull.
Once the morphing sequences are all over with, as soon as you see the 3 morphed Galaxy Rangers, it's another start of Sentai footage.
After the Rangers defeat the Ghouls, it then cuts back to footage of Heather however it then cuts back into Sentai footage of Triskull in which it zooms in on him.
